FHS Build has been appointed to deliver the new Business First Travel office fitout at 130 Commercial Road. Designed to reflect the company's premium brand, the project transforms the existing tenancy into a contemporary workplace that balances elevated design with everyday functionality.

The refurbishment includes a complete reconfiguration of the workspace, bespoke joinery, upgraded finishes, feature lighting, integrated technology, new amenities, and thoughtfully designed client and staff spaces.

Delivered using a staged, hybrid approach, the project retains suitable existing elements while maximising value and minimising disruption to day-to-day operations.
