141 BOUNDARY ROAD - OFFICE & INDUSTRIAL EXTENSION
At FHS Build, we were engaged by Centennial Property Group to lead the design and construction of a major upgrade at 141 Boundary Road. Our work includes building a new office space above the existing structure, installing a 20m x 12m structural steel awning, and creating a new hardstand area with an integrated retaining wall.
The project is being carried out in a live operational environment, which has required careful planning, meticulous staging, and strong coordination with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and minimal disruption. We’ve worked closely with everyone involved to ensure the project runs on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This project demonstrates our ability to handle complex design-and-construct challenges while maintaining operational efficiency and quality throughout the entire process.

980 LYTTON ROAD
FHS Build managed two concurrent developments at 980 Lytton Road, overseeing all aspects of this significant project.
The first phase, now completed, involved the refurbishment of an existing industrial warehouse and office space. Key upgrades included new bathrooms, fresh paint, improved office layouts, fire services upgrades, and polished flooring throughout the warehouse. These improvements have revitalised the space, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics.
The second phase is the construction of a state-of-the-art industrial building, offering approximately 1,850m² of modern office and warehouse space. With a value of $6.5 million, this project was completed on schedule, delivering a modern, high-quality industrial space that meets the needs of its users and enhances operational efficiency.

MCWHIRTERS BUILDING
FHS Build is leading the remediation and refurbishment of the iconic McWhirters Building, to ensure its long-term functionality and structural integrity.
Stage 1, which was recently completed, involved extensive restoration work, including plant deck restoration, stormwater system upgrades, structural fall improvements, and the installation UV stable waterproof membranes. Other upgrades included the replacement of the metal roof, enhancing service penetrations, upgrading box gutters, and addressing stormwater systems. We also conducted water testing on balconies, covered exposed electrical cable trays, and replaced electrical cables throughout the building.
Stage 2 has now commenced, and FHS Build is overseeing the project from design through to delivery. This phase involves a large-scale waterproofing project, which includes retiling approximately 2,000m² of terraces. Additionally, 40 units will be refurbished due to water damage, and various building services are being upgraded to improve overall functionality and livability.
With Stage 1 successfully completed and Stage 2 underway, the project will restore the McWhirters Building to its full potential, ensuring long-term durability and modernised facilities for its residents and tenants.

FRESHWATER CLUBHOUSE EXTENSION
FHS Build was engaged by Ingenia Communities to design and construct an extension to the existing clubhouse and bowls club at their Freshwater community. Construction began in March 2025 and was completed 4 weeks ahead of schedule.
Our scope includes extending the games room area and reconfiguring the internal office, salon, and crafts room to accommodate increased capacity.
This project reflects our commitment to delivering quality, well-planned solutions that cater to the evolving needs of the communities we work with. We’re excited to see the impact this extension will have on Freshwater’s vibrant community life.

1 GOBLE ST, HENDRA
FHS Build successfully completed a full renovation at 1 Goble Street in Hendra. We transformed the interior into a modern, high-performance space. The project involved a complete upgrade of the lighting system, the installation of multiple EV charging stations, and a refresh of all internal walls and ceilings with new painting and finishes.
The renovation also included significant upgrades to joinery, flooring, draperies, and the installation of advanced electrical, access control, security, and AV systems. We enhanced the space with the addition of artwork and carefully selected furniture, along with detailed carpentry work, which involved replacing doors, frames, and cornices.
A highlight of the renovation was the installation of natural stone finishes throughout the property, which added both elegance and timeless appeal.

SOMERSET APARTMENTS RENOVATIONS
FHS Build worked closely with Aura Holdings to deliver a series of strategic upgrades to Somerset Apartments. The scope of the project included installing operable aluminium screens on balconies, providing residents with the flexibility to adjust privacy and shade as needed.
We also constructed a new storage facility, enhancing the building's functionality and overall convenience for its residents. In addition to these major improvements, we completed a full apartment fitout and undertook various smaller remediation tasks to ensure the continued integrity and longevity of the building.

OCEANS MOOLOOLABA
FHS Build partnered directly with the owner to design and deliver a high-end penthouse renovation at Oceans Mooloolaba, completed in July 2024. We oversaw the project from concept through to completion, ensuring every detail met the client’s expectations for quality and craftsmanship.
Working within an active building environment presented unique challenges, but our team carefully planned and managed all demolition and construction activities to minimise disruption to neighbouring tenants. Open communication and close coordination with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers ensured a smooth process and maintained harmony throughout the project.
The result is a premium coastal residence that showcases meticulous attention to detail, refined finishes, and functional design.

SEACHANGE COOMERA
FHS Build was engaged by Ingenia Group as Construction Manager for the delivery of Seachange Coomera, a $100 million+ masterplanned lifestyle community completed in August 2024. Acting as the client’s representative, our team has overseen all aspects of construction management, including builder coordination, client reporting, progress claim assessments, RFI responses, and design clarifications.
Throughout the project, we worked closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure clear communication and efficient delivery, incorporating purchaser feedback and maintaining a consistent focus on quality outcomes. Our role also included managing on-site operations, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring seamless handover of each stage.
Delivered on time and within budget, Seachange Coomera stands as a testament to our team’s ability to manage complex, large-scale developments with precision and collaboration.

22 CONSTANCE STREET
For the 22 Constance Street project, FHS Build was tasked with designing and constructing extensive renovations and office fitouts on behalf of Centennial Property Group.
Key works included a full roof replacement and re-roofing to ensure structural integrity, alongside a comprehensive fitout of three office spaces. This included the installation of modern kitchens, bathrooms, office furniture, and custom fixtures and fittings (FF&E), all delivered with exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Our team successfully managed the project with a focus on quality and efficiency, ensuring each aspect was completed to the highest standard. This refurbishment will greatly enhance the functionality and appeal of the building for future tenants.

WOOMBYE SNAKES FOOTBALL CLUB EXTENSION
FHS Build was selected as the Head Contractor for the construction of new change room facilities at Woombye Snakes FC, with COHA Group serving as the Superintendent.
Our team delivered a standalone amenities building featuring a reinforced concrete slab, masonry block walls, and metal roof sheeting. The project was completed four weeks ahead of schedule, with no variations; a testament to our precise planning, strong relationships with subcontractors, and seamless coordination with all involved stakeholders.
This project showcases our ability to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget, even in complex, fast-paced environments. We’re proud of the results and the positive impact these new facilities will have on the local football community.

BRISBANE SOFTBALL ASSOCIATION
FHS Build delivered a comprehensive amenities upgrade for the Brisbane Softball Association, funded through State Government Sports and Recreation.
The project included the addition of 20 WC cubicles, 3 shower rooms, 2 PWD amenities and 2 change rooms, with works involving demolition of existing bathrooms, internal slabs and walls to accommodate a new drainage layout. New lightweight timber framing, waterproofing and compliant falls were installed in line with NCC standards, followed by full floor and wall tiling, compliant PWD transitions, and installation of all fixtures and cubicles.
Completed ahead of schedule and without disruption to club operations, the $500,000 upgrade was successfully delivered in 2025.
