FHS Build was engaged as Head Contractor by Centennial Property Group under a Design and Construct agreement to deliver major upgrades at 141 Boundary Road. Our team developed the design from the ground up and secured both the Development Approval and the Building Approval. The works are being delivered within a live operational environment, requiring careful staging and stakeholder coordination.


Key deliverables

  • Full management of the Development Approval and Building Approval process, including coordination with consultants, town planners, and Brisbane City Council

  • Construction of a new office building above the existing structure

  • 20m x 12m structural steel super awning

  • New 350m² hardstand area with 3m high retaining walls


This project demonstrates our ability to take a concept from the initial planning stages through to final delivery, providing a single point of contact and a seamless end-to-end experience.
