Manly West State School Refurbishment

FHS Build was engaged to deliver a $350K refurbishment of two classroom buildings at Manly West State School, focused on improving durability, presentation, and the overall functionality of the learning environment.

The project involved the replacement of existing external cladding, louvre windows, gutters, and downpipes, alongside a full repaint of both buildings to refresh and modernise the school’s external presentation. Feature aluminium screening was also installed to enhance the architectural finish of the buildings, while upgrades to external lighting improved visibility, safety, and usability across the surrounding areas.

Delivered within an operational school environment, the works were carefully staged to minimise disruption to students and staff while maintaining safe access throughout construction. The completed refurbishment provides upgraded, long-lasting facilities that improve both the appearance and performance of the existing buildings.
