Sunnybank State High School - Sports & Learning Extension

FHS Build was engaged as Head Contractor to deliver a $350K outdoor sports and learning area at Sunnybank State High School, designing and constructing a new space to support daily student use.

The works included the installation of approximately 550sqm of coloured concrete slab, along with modwood tiered seating, in-situ concrete seating, a covered walkway, and undercover chess tables. Planters and new turf areas were also integrated to create a functional and inviting outdoor environment.

Delivered within a live school setting, the project was carefully managed to maintain safety, minimise disruption, and ensure all works were completed efficiently and to a high standard, resulting in a compliant, durable space for ongoing student use.
