Cleveland Industrial Park Upgrades
FHS Build was engaged by Centennial Property Group to deliver a $2.5M (ex GST) design and construct upgrade of an existing 4,200sqm Harvey Norman warehouse, subdividing the asset into two tenancies and improving overall functionality and leasing flexibility.
The works involved reconfiguring the warehouse into two tenancies of approximately 2,700sqm and 2,000sqm, alongside the delivery of new ancillary office spaces complete with breakout kitchens, ambulant bathrooms, and PWD-compliant amenities. A structural steel and metal-clad intertenancy wall was installed to separate the tenancies.
Further upgrades included structural modifications to accommodate four new 6m x 5m commercial roller doors, construction of two 26m x 5m steel awnings for covered unloading, and upgrades to roadways, hardstand areas, and carparking, including additional undercover hardstand.
A full repaint and façade upgrade was also completed across approximately 10,000sqm, delivering a refreshed, tenant-ready industrial asset.
