Oceans Mooloolaba

FHS Build partnered directly with the owner to design and deliver a high-end penthouse renovation at Oceans Mooloolaba, completed in July 2024.

Acting as both Project Manager and Construction Manager, we oversaw the project from concept through to completion, ensuring every detail met the client’s expectations for quality and craftsmanship.

Working within an active building environment presented unique challenges, but our team carefully planned and managed all demolition and construction activities to minimise disruption to neighbouring tenants. Open communication and close coordination with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers ensured a smooth process and maintained harmony throughout the project.

The result is a premium coastal residence that showcases meticulous attention to detail, refined finishes, and functional design.
