Freshwater Clubhouse Extension

FHS Build was engaged by Ingenia Communities to design and construct an extension to the existing clubhouse and bowls club at their Freshwater community. Construction began in March 2025, and was completed 4 weeks ahead of schedule.  

Our scope included extending the games room area and reconfiguring the internal office, salon, and crafts room to accommodate increased capacity.

This project reflects our commitment to delivering quality, well-planned solutions that cater to the evolving needs of the communities we work with. We’re excited to see the impact this extension will have on Freshwater’s vibrant community life.
